Terms & Conditions

1. The general terms and conditions stated in this section are applicable to
    www.doubleapaper.com.bd/nojamnostress/index.asp, which has been developed under
    the initiative of Advance Agro Public Company Limited (“we”/ “us”). 
2. This promotion is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older,
    and only to legal residents of Bangladesh.
3. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the Contestants. Neither do we provide
    nor collect e-mail addresses and/or any other information supplied by its
    Contestants during registration, to third parties for the purposes of selling or sharing them.
4. Upon request from the Contestant, the submitted e-mail address can be used to send a 
    digital newsletter and other product information.
5. Contestants in the Double A Online Game and TVC forward agree to provide the accuracy
    and completeness of the information and details they supply during registration
    and participation. In the event that any information provided by the Contestants 
    is incomplete or inaccurate, we reserve the right to terminate the Contestants’
    rights to receive and/or use out services hereunder.
6. An individual contestant is not permitted to register more than once at
    www.doubleapaper.com.bd/nojamnostress/index.asp since, upon our policy,
    we accept a maximum of one active e-mail address per individual. Further, 
    the individual contestant can play robot game as many times as he/she wants to win
    the prize(iPod shuffle) but if he/she wins iPod in one week, he/she is not eligible to win
    in other weeks. However, he/she is eligible to win Laptop for TVC forward competition. 
7. Information required in the registration form, which includes but not limited to full 
    contact name/information, address, company, job category and e-mail address,
    must be accurate in order to deliver gifts. 
8. No entry fee is required; there is no purchase necessary to enter or to win, 
    nor is there any cost to register. 
9. We retain the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the online game competition
    and TVC forward at any given time without further justification. In addition we retain,
    in our sole discretion, the right to change, alter and/or amend the game rules at any time
    without an advance notice. Please check this matter periodically to update yourself of
    any change, alteration and/or amendment.
10. We retain the right to implement changes to the available prize package due to 
    unforeseen circumstances, under the condition that the alternative product
    is of an equivalent value, if possible.
11. Winners will be notified by e-mail and required to sign and return, within 14 days 
    as from receipt of such notification, an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. 
    To the extent permitted by applicable laws, winners agree to grant DoubleApaper.com
    use of the winning photo, together with the names of the winners, likeness and
    biographical information in advertising and publicity of the Contest or future contests
    without further compensation. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in
    prize forfeiture. In addition, as previously mentioned, winners will be announced on the
    website www.doubleapaper.com.bd/nojamnostress/index.asp
12. We retain, at our sole discretion, the right to exclude any participant,
    without further explanation, in case of fraud.
13. Our employees are not allowed to participate and are not considered as
    potential prize winners.
14. Prizes cannot be exchanged under any circumstances and cannot be exchanged,
    nor obtain substitutions or cash redemptions. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses 
    are not specified in the available prizes and are solely the responsibility of winners
    in any case.
15. No liability in connection with damage suffered by a Contestant due to shortcomings
    belongs to us or one of the persons for whom it is liable, in abiding by any of
    its obligations in the framework of the

    promotion or in performing an irregular action, unless the damage is the result of 
    deliberate or gross negligence on our own part or our managerial staff.
16. We are not liable for damage to Contestants as a result of third party claims and levies, 
    including but not limited to authorities and the government, 
    which relate to the services and awards issued by us.
17. We own all intellectual and property rights, including but not limited to 
    authorship rights, brand rights,patent rights and other rights, concerning the content 
    and subject matter of our website (e.g. photos, images, text, sound and other material, 
    as well as software used for these purposes). If the Contestants need the third party’s 
    software to use this website, the Contestants agree to obtain a license of such software 
    at the Contestants’ own expense.
18. If any determination in these general conditions or any other agreement between 
    Advance Agro Public Company Limited and the participant appears to be invalid 
    and/or unenforceable, this does not impact the validity of the remaining provisions
    contained herein. Concerned parties must then establish new determinations to replace 
    any invalid/unenforceable determinations, whereby the intention of legal content is as
    close as possible to that in the original determination(s).
